ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Studying GFC drawings and execute the work as per
specifications.
2. Ensure safety before commencement of works.
3. Coordination with various consultants, vendors and internal departments of the
company to accomplish the project delivery in time.
4. Planning, Scheduling and tracking of projects as per the project timelines.
5. Determine the probable cost of construction at the various stages of the project in
co-ordination with Quantity Surveyor.
6. Has engaged in Construction of Mivan, Conventional, Table formwork.
7. Worked in finishing activities (All level Blockwork, External & Internal Plastering,
Flooring, Waterproofing, Painting, IPS, Basement works etc., ) and handed over flats
to clients as per their requirement.
8. Looked after works like procurement of materials, purchase requisition etc.
9.?Calculation of quantities for procuring materials.
10. Looked after above terrace structure, finishing and waterproofing activities.
11 Completed External development works, Podium Slabs and Fire drive ways.
12. Managing the man power and engage them into preplanned tasks.
13. Providing good work front to the subcontractors.
14. Assists the Project Manager with issuing subcontracts and monitoring their
Progress.
15. Execute the work with check list approved by the client in consultation with
my superiors.
16. Clarifications regarding drawings, site difficulties/problems to be discussed with
seniors, client.
17. Pre planning of the next days work.
18. Providing DPR, MPR to planning section.
19. Preparing sub-contractors bills.
