• Responding immediately to the telephonic calls received from the ICAR, New Delhi, India; VIPs of Government of India, AICRP on Oilseeds Centres in India, etc.
• Back office support to the accounts and administration team for the payment of salaries to the staff of different centres.
• Informing other department with updated data in the system especially new items.
• Conducted and organizational arrangements for training programs, meetings, seminars, symposia, etc. for trainees/ staff/ professionals/ students.
