• Setting up reporting dashboards for financial and non financial performance - Created a macro driven model to automate the current manual reporting practices and serve as a source for comprehensive analytics
• Initiating and managing online sales
• Managing and prioritizing the order book to maximize profits
• Developing and delivering weekly and monthly reports to track labor and material costs
• Making various suggestions on how to improve margins and return on capital.

• Lead a team of five credit analysts at CRISIL
• Managed a portfolio of more than 100 credits in the real estate sector in Asia Pacific region, particularly in China, Singapore and Hong Kong
• Undertook end-to-end credit risk assessment for the surveillance cycle, event-driven deals and new issuers, as per S&P’s corporate rating criteria
• Prepared and presented internal credit appraisal memorandum (including financial modelling) for credit rating recommendation in rating committees. Also, was involved in attending management meetings along with the S&P Primary analysts

Analysed and monitored Citibank’s European clients’ performance on annual / interim basis within
the Power sector via preparation of a credit appraisal memorandum

facilities
* Continuously monitored companies’ performance in the portfolio and took appropriate rating/credit

Developed software applications and solutions for Bank of America on java platform. The Project
dealt with business requirements for Consumer flow, Advertisements and Pin Authentication for the
Bank’s ATMs.
EDUCATION

Undertook primary and secondary research for assessing the level of customer satisfaction across
various public and private sector banks to study whether any co-relation exits between the
customer satisfaction and financial performance of a bank.
