Responsibilities-
· Analyzing & verifying documents of Individual & Corporate customers account as per Central Bank Policies.
· Act as an independent review & evaluation body to ensure that compliance issue and concerns within the bank are being appropriately evaluated, investigated & resolved.
· Review FCRM alerts generated based on seven US indicia, and accordingly remediate the same.
· Ensure that FATCA related compliance policies & procedures is conducted as per FATCA booklet.
· Identifying and capturing of Ultimate Beneficiary Owners details.
