Duties and responsibilities
• All the duties of following up with the sales process.
• CRM sales follow up System (Level 1 permission) making sure that the company pipe line is healthy and in good track.
• Attending meeting with the clients when necessary to follow up with their requirements.
• Being the focal point between the sales (bidding team) and operation to catch up with the deadlines.
• Arrange the required registrations and prequalification with the Government entities to enter biddings.
• Daily scanning and checking all the tenders proposed by the entities in UAE making sure to filter them and deliver them to the right operation team to participate.
• Tenders submission process (by system if available and by hard copies).
• Contacting the universities in Abu Dhabi to be part of the internship program if any with these universities.
• Follow up with the collection team, making sure that the company incomes are meeting the time line schedule.
• Some involvement in HR hiring and interviewing when it is related to the sales department.
• Managing the Sales Account Mangers and direct them for a new opportunities.
• Follow up with the Project Managers and try to sort raised problems on spot.
- Insure our clients’ satisfaction by calling, visiting, emailing …etc.
In addition to other related daily tasks concerning the Bidding and Sales Team as well as other office matters such as preparing for participation in international events and represent my company in these events (GITEX), offering the needed assistant to register my team, arrange brochures, welcoming our stockholders and interested visitors during the events.
Duties and responsibilities
o Translating. Typing. Filing and general correspondences.
o Preparing of all kind of forms for my Director and his team when needed.
o Arranging formal meetings in and outside the Department.
o Arranging Travel booking and Hotel reservations.
o Online registration for courses and events.
o Cooperating with Training & Development Division within the DoT to insure that all Aviation employees are updated and registered in appropriate training courses and workshops which meet their job description and requirements.
o Managing the managers offices and correspondences during their leaves.
o Organizing the managers & the employees’ calendars.
o Being the vocal point between Directors and Employees and also between Aviation division and other divisions within the DoT
My motivation to work in a temporary position was to examine my ability in going back to professional life, which proved to be a promising experience.
My Duties were as follows:
o Assisting the Resident Representative of UNDP.
o Managing the RR office during his absence.
o Handling all incoming mail and forwarding them to the respective Departments.
o Translating. Typing. Filling and general correspondences.
In addition to other tasks related to my position.
I worked in an office for 3 companies at the same time (The first 2 years I was Executive Secretary for all of the three companies, later I was promoted to the position of Executive Assistant for the General Manger of both Abu Dhabi Development & ADCECO Group /Commercial Agencies which were under one Administration). • Organizing meetings with clients and important Government Departments such as Municipality and Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Taking minutes of meetings.

• Handling all incoming mail and forwarding them to the respective Departments.
As for Abu Dhabi development Est., I was in a position of decision maker.

• Preparing presentation for several projects and helping in Interior Designs.
• Coordination in recruitment - shortlist candidates. Arranging interviews and conducting relevant tests.

• Dealing with travel agencies and Hotels booking with tourist offices and by internet.
