Responsible for the operation cycle • Create and follow up assigned tasks to employees. • Receiving orders from customers and issuing supply request to warehouse. • Stock control through ERP system. • Check customers’ credit limit, restrictions and payment terms. • Issuing, sending invoices and following up the payment process. Creating projects and following up the regular feedback and reports from employees. • Making monthly, quarterly and annual sales analysis to measure growth and progress. • Writing accurate reports through the detailed analysis of data. • Assisting with analyzing sales figures to help future forecast • Monitoring employees performance, attendance and leaves, coordinate with the financial department the deductions and payroll. • Posting new job vacancies on recruitment agencies, filtering CVs and holding the initial interview. • Preparing Quotations, Official letters and revising contracts. • Assisting the CEO in abroad business trips arrangements
