I am Senior Quantity Surveyor acting as the head of Quantity Surveyors for the Major Stations Mshreib and Education city.
ElTahrir Project
Project Description: Construction a Complex Building (Hotel / Office) is to be constructed at the triangular intersection of Champollion Street and Kasr El-Nile Street in Tahrir Square area in Cairo, Egypt.
The Hotel Building is a four-star hotel development with its underground parking structure. The hotel gross built up area is approximately is 23, 132 m2. The hotel is a 2-story basement + 12-story concrete structures including the construction of 296 keys. The Office space occupies most of the Office Building and its gross built up area is 16, 320 m2 including basement floors.
The main contractor is (Siac/Arbatec), the client is Hotac, the consultant engineers is Ehalf and the project management engineers is Hill International
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Submit monthly invoice for (the Main Contractor / the Consultant / Dewatering Contractor) to the client.
Prepare and submit variation order.
Prepare and submit the monthly report, cost report, updating to the project Budget and the contract status report.
Prepare and updating the project schedule and milestone packages
Jabal Omar Development Project
Project Description: Construction a Hotel Zone which Hill International has been appointed by JODC as the Design Reviewer (DR) for Jabal Omar Development Project for the following zones :N1 - N6A; S7; S8 - S9; S6; N5, N6c - N6b; S10 and S11; and N4 Musallah.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Review and revise BOQ and the specification for the project.
Submit Comments Report.

Coordinate &Follow up & interior design details to improve items quality &following the spec. - with the site, the interior designer, other systems & sub-contractors- &making reports.
Design Development for the project.
For All Built-In Items selecting the materials-colors - the quantities of those items, coordinate with the other items making the purchasing sheets for items, applying the spec. with the subcontractor, coordinate with site engineer, &the sub-contractor then making follow up reports.
same for All Technical Lighting items and All Decorative Lighting Items and All Loose Furniture, All Curtains, Bedspreads, and Loose Cushions. Dividing the furniture by their material (wooden - stainless steel - etc), select the quality, material, fabric (from shops), color &quantities, coordinate with the other items making the purchasing sheets for items, applying the spec. with the subcontractor, coordinate with interior designer, site engineer, &the sub-contractor then making follow up reports.
