· Undertake and produce detailed measurements for use within interim and final payment applications, Variations,
Contra-charges, Claims or Subcontract and Supplier enquiries or checking of their accounts

· Review, analysis construction drawings, shop drawings and Bills of Quantity
· Provide the Monthly Cost Report & the forecast to complete report.
· Responsible for contract delivery, work order, and variation orders Ensuring good quality and accurate records are
kept.
· Liaise with the Project Engineering department.
· Obtain daily or weekly Site records from operational staff required for the purposes of pricing works or preparing
cost build ups
· Visit the Site and undertake any physical Site measurements as may be required to secure full and detailed
measurement records which may include making photographic records as directed
· To assist in the production of Project Procurement Strategy Documentation.
· To assist in the production of Project Value Enhancement Plans
· Operate in accordance with Project and Group policies, procedures and processes
· The project are “ Renovation Mena House Hotel & construct wing A in Giza, Egypt, & Marriot Hotel Cairo, Egypt”
· Submit and Revise monthly payment applications.
· Revise the updating schedules for the projects
· Work on value engineering for the project.
· Provide and update the Cost Report every month.
· Revise BOQ and specs.
· Provide take off Quantities
· Work on and provide all variation orders as a cost, quantities and negotiate with committee from owner, contractor
and consultants as the contract is under FIDIC.
· The projects are “Carrefour Hyper Mall Project at Obour City, SAS Radisson Blu Hotel at Sheraton -Heliopolis, Club
House Golf City - Obour city, Tiba Mall, Cairo, Egypt, -karmoz Mall, Alex, Egypt - Some Villas”
· Provide full package Bill of Quantities for the architectural & interior design.
· Produce take off BOQ.
· Visit the Site and undertake any physical Site measurements as may be required to secure full and detailed
measurement records which may include making photographic records as directed
· Provide the planning schedule & update monthly.
· Liaise with the Project Engineering department.
· Coordinate with the suppliers, interior designer, & construction team.
· Full coordination with the project.
· Design development and provide shop drawings details.
· The projects are Rihanna Garden Resort & Rihanna Royal Beach Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
· Provide full package Bill of Quantities for the architectural & interior design.
· Produce take off BOQ based on the drawings.
· Visit the Site and undertake any physical Site measurements as may be required to secure full and detailed
measurement records which may include making photographic records as directed
· Provide the planning schedule & update monthly.
· Liaise with the Project Engineering department.
· Coordinate with the suppliers, interior designer, & construction team.
· Full coordination with the project.
· Design development and provide shop drawings details.
The projects are British School - South &North Sector Mosque at the 1st action area- South Sector Administrator -
South School Sector - Police office at Marinate.
· Provide full BOQ & take off quantities.
· The projects is Bank Abu Zebu at Tagamoa El-Khams
· Provide full BOQ & take off quantities.
· The project are Mubarak Institution for Tumors at Sharkia, Egypt, liberoes, the national development bank -
Tagamoa & etc.
· Provide full BOQ & take off quantities.
