· Undertake and produce detailed measurements for use within interim and final payment applications, Variations,
Contra-charges, Claims or Subcontract and Supplier enquiries or checking of their accounts

· Review, analysis construction drawings, shop drawings and Bills of Quantity
· Provide the Monthly Cost Report & the forecast to complete report.
· Responsible for contract delivery, work order, and variation orders Ensuring good quality and accurate records are
kept.
· Liaise with the Project Engineering department.
· Obtain daily or weekly Site records from operational staff required for the purposes of pricing works or preparing
cost build ups
· Visit the Site and undertake any physical Site measurements as may be required to secure full and detailed
measurement records which may include making photographic records as directed
· To assist in the production of Project Procurement Strategy Documentation.
· To assist in the production of Project Value Enhancement Plans
· Operate in accordance with Project and Group policies, procedures and processes
