Provide leadership, direction, guidance for the strategic initiatives & the day-to-day operations of HR & Administration of ISS & its joint venture companies (HSUD & Palumbo). Responsible for 8 locations (UAE & Oman); Leading & Guiding 15 HR & Admin staff in the accomplishment of the Development of people, overall business strategy, processes & systems. Overseeing collaborative efforts & processes related to HR, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, talent optimization, employment law, strategic planning, payroll & compensation, health & medical benefits, wellbeing & engagement drives.


Achievements:
• Oversaw the due diligence & integration process of Hamburgsud (Shipping Line) Hexaware (Software Company). Directed & effectively implemented various M&As impacting 450+staff including providing HR partner support for UNSOA, Africa during year 2017-2018.

• Resourcefully implemented talent optimization strategies that impacted in cost saving of 35% & increased revenue by 18%.
