• Managing entire Retail and B2B business of consumer electronics across GCC and Africa
• Managing and expanding business accounts retail, power retailers, dealers, system integrators and E-Commerce

• Liaise with internal/external marketing, advertising team to implement the marketing campaign
• Prepare special offer campaigns, organize road shows, and participate in consumer electronics shows GITEX, plan seasonal offers for DSF, DSS, and festive seasons
• Manage proper merchandising by providing best in-store experience to customers; attractive displays, active demonstrations, interactive POS materials and skilled sales staff
• Conduct market research and analyze market conditions, identify key competitor positioning, activity and observe market trends. Share the research reports to managements and manufacturers
• Plan and report sale and marketing strategies with management and dealers
• Periodic review on sales and marketing activities in the region and present it to manufacturers
• Determine annual sales target for region/account/sales segments; projecting expected sales volume and profit for the brand; analyzing trends and results
• Manage PSI Planning, monitoring stock level, monthly purchase plan and forecast
• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; establishing pricing strategies by anticipating volume business; customized order
• Manage key account managers, sales promoters and showroom staffs
• Accomplish HR objectives by recruiting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures
• Support sales team with the product knowledge and technical queries. Conduct product presentations, prepare sales training materials
• Conduct trainings for internal and external staff, arrange on site trainings
• Improve technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing professional networks.
• Managing smooth sales operation by having periodic meetings with sales, finance, logistic team
• Identify the growth opportunities within territory and collaborate with new clients to ensure growth attainment

 Constantly monitor the stock level and maintain healthy inventory system
 Balance demand and supply of stock
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, Account, and Logistic team for the smooth process of sales activity and with service department for technical related issues
• Provide 24/7 customer support for product related inquires, respond through email and phone
• Yearly visit to Headquarters for discussions on sales and marketing plan and attend new product trainings
