1. Studying the ifc drawings with BOQ, Material specifications & renderings like all available documents. And raising RFI’s for the discrepancies to the Client/Consultant/Main contractor.
2. Taking actual site measurements once required.
3. Preparing detailed shop drawings (Fit-out & Joinery) with refer to the ifc drawings/Boq & material specifications.
4. Co-ordinating with all MEP drawings for solving the technical issues in Design.
5. Preparing complete ironmongery schedules, logs for Shop drawings, Materials and RFI’s.
6. Co-ordinating with the site team to resolve the onsite issues while execution.
7. Preparing ID drawings for the inhouse concept design.
1. Studying the ifc drawings with BOQ & Material specifications, renderings.
2. Co-ordinating with DXB Team to raise RFI’s refers to ifc drawings/Boq for the discrepancies.
3. Providing technical support to the drafting team (consists of 9 members) for detailed shop drawings.
4. Co-ordinating with DXB Team to execute the project within the submitted programme time by arranging work schedule.
5. Preparing logs for Shop drawings.
6. Preparing complete ironmongery schedules bases on supplier details, for actual material quantity based on approved shop drawings for internal purpose.
7. Preparing backup for the complete shop drawings & revisions.

8. Co-ordinating with the site team to resolve the onsite issues while execution.
9. Preparing ID drawings for the inhouse concept design.
10. Preparing backup for the complete shop drawings & revisions.
1) Preparing partition, ceiling layouts and details with refer to the tender drawings & material specifications.
2) Preparing logs for Submittal & Approval for Shop drawings.
3) Preparing backup for the complete shop drawings & revisions.
