Responsible to the Project Director in the fit out of High End retail brands, F&B and executive office projects. Roles involves specifically programming of works, scrutinizing the production of drawings, method statements, reports and tracking, coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers and engineering.
Duties include:
• Liaison with Clients and coordination with Architects, Designers, Engineers, Commercial, Planners, Specialist Suppliers and Contractors.
• Formulating Weekly Project Progress Reports considering all the aspects of a Project Cycle
• Leading meetings, producing minutes, Raising RFI, COI
• Reviewing design and overseeing drawing production.
• QA/QC, including tracking documentation & schedules.
• Value Engineering & design development.
• Manpower management & problem solving.
• Planning, scheduling & evaluating progression.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Manage the relationship with the client, report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform Risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinating all aspects of the supplier relationship, including price negotiation, terms and conditions and delivery performance.

Project Engineer, Interior fit-outs and retail fashion division:
Reporting to the Head of Projects, responsible for execution of interior projects of particularly specialised Interiors of: 1) Palaces, 2) Restaurants/hotels, 3) Residential developments, 4) High end retail brands.
• Managed the largest contract for the company with SEVEN TIDES in the year 2013 within just 6 months of starting at the company (c. AED 14m). Successfully secured further work from that client.
• Managed international retail brand HACKETT fit-out project secured repeat client business throughout Middle East.
• Successfully managed the 90 day programme completion of HACKETT, Dubai at Mirdiff in only 52 days (40% quicker than the planned)
• Successfully managed the 60 day programme completion of HACKETT, Dubai at Mall of Emirates in only 42 days.
• Successfully managed, coordinated & streamlined works for international retail brand CELINE, Dubai at Mall of Emirates in terms of site works and organizing with involved parties such as government authorities and contractors.
• Managed a successful handover for the second largest contract for the company with SEVEN TIDES (c. AED 20m) for ANANTARA RESORT AND HOTEL AT PALM JUMEIRAH. Managed new product launches from concept development for existing and new products. Coordination of the project to maintain project schedule, procurement, cost control, site monitoring and team management.
• Handled c. AED 20 million project - Joinery and interior fit out of Serviced Apartments, Guestrooms, Public Areas and F&B Areas of Marriott Hotel 1 @ City walk 2, Dubai. Coordinating and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage to final construction.

Project Sales Executive: Responsible for sales, business development & execution of all steel works.
• Performed cost analysis, project planning, site management and project monitoring for Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority, Al Kauther Contracting Co., Mohammed Omar Bin Haider Group, Team Engineering Enterprises, Sital Marble Mfg. and Bagader Trading Est.
• Prepared project execution plans and identified appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.
• Segmented key client accounts into different product categories, then targeted sales accordingly. Personally interacted with key clients, increased customer satisfaction levels and repeat/referral business.

Responsible for handling client enquiries and assisting in the designing, installation and maintenance of Laboratory Systems.
•Undertook sales presentation and marketing for new projects. Ensure the successful design and manufacture of products to agreed budgets and time frames

MEP - Loading + sizing, Material analysis and selection of specialist elements.

Responsible for coordinating marketing activities, sales and distribution of mechanical equipment for both upstream & downstream operations including Oil refineries and Oil Extraction System
•Undertaking negotiations and finalizing accounts.
•Conducting market research, collecting and analysing internal & external data on product usage, market variables and developments.
