Greeting and assisting users as they come in the Service Desk
•Answers questions and address complaints
•Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
•Troubleshooting, Installing and Configuring applications on various devices

•Writing articles for their website and creating step-by-step instructions in troubleshooting issues.

•Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
•Responding promptly to requests for technical support.
Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
•Communicates issues to management and organizer.
•Working closely with event organizer including placement settings and event place.
