Working with CITRIX environment, for a vast network, more than 4000 users all over the France, including Marrakesh, giving support, solutions, and resolving the user’s problems in distance by Symantec PCanywhere and TeamViewer, utilization of Windows systems from 95 to windows7 in local machines, installations of VPN, Proxy, using of Ghost server. 800 Pockets PC, 700 Tablet’s PC, more than 3000 Laptops and desktops, utilizations of 80 internal applications, communicating with internal departments to resolve issues, develops solutions to minimize cycle time for problems resolution, and make improvements for future releases. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge of issues and corresponding resolutions or workarounds, provide answers and training to Technical Support team “Helpdesk” and etc….
