Head of Mechanical Division managing the business Strategy and operations. Products
Managed incl. Plumbing, Drainage, Flow control, Valves, Pipes and Pipe support products
in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Business growth of 8% till Q3 15-16 despite of challenging market conditions.
• Increased operating margin in 15-16 by 1.6% over the LY.
• With clear strategic focus, doubled the sales of Copper pipes and copper fittings in
the year 2015 from SAR 4 Million to SAR 8 Million.
• Reduction of slow moving stock from SAR 6 Million to Million in 2015 through
singular focus
Responsible for the wholesale/retail Sales of Roca & Parryware Brand of Sanitaryware in
the 6 Southern States in India, Covering 300+ Dealers & 4000+ Retail counters. Turnover
manager in 2012 was INR 3100 Million (USD 60 Million) with a sales force of 50+ Persons.
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Recorded 103% achievement in the very first year of closing (2010), 102%
achievement in 2011, and 103.5% in 2012.
• Retail penetration increased by 18% in 6 Key Districts in TN & Kerala sates of South
India.
• Opened 36 New Roca Stores in 23 months of Operation. Renovated more than 400+
Parryware retail outlets between 2010 and 2012.
• Orders secured from 60 Hospitality Projects in 2010 & 25 hospitality projects in 2009.
• Obtained Products Specification for Roca from International Architects for eight New
Head of the SBU trading in Steel tubes, Construction Steel, PVC Pipes, Cement, Cables.
Managing 9 Indian States with a turnover of INR 4300 Million (USD 80 Million) in 12-13.
Operations from 31 branches with more than 230 work force.
