Veya Investments Limited is a privately-owned international oil servicing company with offices in15 countries. The company is working with Government-owned Ministries and Organizations in implementation of projects and supply of industrial equipment.

My key responsibility as a deputy CEO for international business development is to manage and coordinate sales in 10 regional offices of company (Armenia, Tanzania, Mozambique, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Egypt, Libya).
- I personally know all key officers in our customer organizations (most of them are top government officials), usually I am traveling to particular country with the purpose of personally participating in important negotiations and discussions.
- I am controlling preparation of bidding documents for tenders (mostly our projects are being awarded through tenders).
- I am also managing establishment of company’s regional offices in new markets and further functioning of those offices.
- I am in charge of searching candidates, selecting local staff in regional offices.
- Once the regional office is established my responsibility shifts to supervision of the regional office and guidance of activities of the local staff in order to assure winning projects and tenders by the company.
- Another activity I am performing as Deputy CEO for international business development is to interact and to negotiate with main principals/suppliers from different countries.

Since 2009 I am performing duties of both deputy CEO for international VEYA Investments Limited and executive director of its subsidiary in Armenia - Veya Ltd. One of the main activities of VEYA in Armenia is construction business.

Other activities of VEYA company in Armenia include real estate development, trading, import-export.

During years 2012 - 2015 Veya LTD successfully accomplished more than 1 billion AMD construction projects (approximately 2, 5 mln USD).
Major customers of VEYA were South Caucasus Railway CJSC (Armenia's Railway Company)and Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Armenia. Construction sites were located in different regions of Armenia, mostly in Lori, Shirak, Ararat, and Armavir.

As an executive director of company I was in position of organizing and fully managing operations of the company, including negotiations with customers, collection of the professional team, control over material procurement, logistics, and consumption in sites, periodical visits of construction sites, control over the progress, control over documentation.

Unit. Country profiles were including economical, political,
and socio-demographic analyses and providing short-term and

My duty was to collect the data for analysis, to conduct the
analysis, and to make the forecasts.
