Responsible for Logistics, ontime delivery and service, handling customer orders and bookings planning and scheduling of fleet, manpower, equipment, raw material.Leading team size of 6 numbers.Ability to handle multiple roles in Operations, logistics production, sales etc., supporting accounts team for reconciliation and invoice generation.
Managing 9 commercial plants order bookings, planning & scheduling of fleet for on time delivery, leading a 6 member team. Handling customer orders, fulfilling their requirement. Organizing resources for production like fleet, manpower, raw material etc., as per requirement on daily basis. Processing data of orders in sap like sales orders etc., Organizing gate pass for fleet, manpower & equipment. Organizing permits for tm’s if travel for other state if required. Follow up & Coordinating with internal team for production for on time supplies. Ensuring the safety of manpower proactively by following working hours on daily basis. Tracking all fleet through GPS software and by contacting end points. Preparing daily reports. Follow up of orders. Organizing fleet maintenance schedule as necessary.
Fleet Controller:Planning and arranging fleet like transit mixers, concrete pumps, pipeline team, loader as required for production.Arranging and monitoring road permits of all fleet.Arranging gate pass, third party certification like TUV, Velosi for all fleet and person if required.Preparing duty roster for drivers, loader operator, pump operator and pump labor as well.Tracking, monitoring all fleet using GPS system, controlling employee working hours. Assuring all the measurements done for vehicle inspection before proceed. Organizing manpower for HSSE Safety Training, Driving License Renewal, Third party certification etc., Preparing truck production reports, breakdown hours, accident-incident reports etc., Coordinating shippers, site coordinator and customer for flawless production & for on time service.
Shipper: Follow up & coordinating with clients & internal team for supply. Follow up for pump movement & fixing pipeline to start supply on time.
Follow up with plant operators, Qc’s to start batching on time.
Batching Plant Operator: Operating Plant, Monitoring material, Preparing plant execution reports, Monitoring plant maintenance.
Operating the Plant (4.5m3 volume) using “Command Batch” ALKON (Dual Plant System), Batching different types of Mix (Low Flow, Color, Fiber, Fireproof, Pudlo and adding diff. type of Admix) by ensuring mix design, quantity, slump & ice if required.Communicating with QA/QC Dept for batching various Mix Designs.Inspecting all plant equipment’s like compressor, mixer, conveyors, load cells, Monitoring material like aggregate, cement, water, admix, ice etc., Preparing Stock Reports of materials.Preparing production reports on daily basis.Organizing manpower & doing calibration as per schedule.Monitoring general maintenance like greasing, rubber scuts changing etc., Arranging trained personnel for concerned job.Ensuring Safety on every maintenance work by following HSE rules like preparing TSTI, LOTO (Lockout Tag out), taking permits for electrical as well as mechanical works etc., (For Mixer Cleaning -: Confined Space Permit).
Dispatcher:Placing concrete orders.Ensuring mix design and quantity from site before batching. Co-coordinating with supervisors of yard, plant, maintenance, laboratory, workshop, pipeline etc., Ensuring site is ready for pouring before start batching and before sending the pump as well.Ensuring pipeline supervisor to start batching in case of pipeline pouring.Communicating with site personal, site supervisors, site technicians, mixer drivers, pump operators etc. at the time of pouring.Communicating with other branches in case of big pours or combined pours.Giving update to the concerned person regard pouring.Ensuring all delivery tickets are signed and returned from site.Instructing batcher for batching by giving details like mix, quantity, slump and ice if required.Preparing production reports of Dispatch, Plants, Mixer Trucks, Concrete Pumps etc., Monitoring truck mixers, concrete pumps including mixer drivers, pump operators, plant operators etc., Issuing minor maintenance request for workshop etc., Communicating with workshop personnel and maintenance personnel in case of breakdowns.Providing information to the accounts dept. about production when require.
Batching Plant Operator:Batching different types of Mix (Fiber, Pudlo and adding diff. type of Admix) by ensuring mix design, quantity, slump & ice if required.Communicating with QA/QC Dept for batching various Mix Designs.Monitoring material like aggregate, cement, water, admix, etc., Preparing Stock Reports of materials.Preparing production reports on daily basis.Monitoring Shovel operators, plant helpers etc., Coordinating with maintenance and workshop dept. if required.
Drawing plans for Municipal Approval and Registration as well.Inspecting properties like Open Land, Buildings, Industries etc., with engineer.Taking measurements and details like type of soil, type of land, type of structure & industry etc., Preparing inspection reports after inspection.Preparing Estimation and Valuation reports for the inspected properties as per the instruction.Monitoring manpower, material etc., at the sites.Preparing material requisitions etc.
