Work Profile
 Handling Reciprocating gas lift and gas injection compressor make-Neuman and Essar, and all rotating equipment like Main MOL Pumps, Gas Dehydration unit, Gas cooler, and package skid equipment along with Utility package like IA, N2, plant air, Emergency DG, Fire water pumps, Disposal water pumps on ADNOC -Qusahwira field development project Phase-II. Handling all pre-comm/ commissioning activities pertaining to Well Pad’s and Central gathering station activities equipment like chemical injection package, Pig receiver, Pig launcher, Production manifold, Deluge system, Hydraulic Well head control panel pertaining to Sub-surface safety valve i.e. SSSV/ SSV, Flare stack and Flare ignition package.
 All preliminary documentation preparation for pre-commissioning/ commissioning for service test/ blowing/ high pressure leak test and approving of engineering documents pertaining to pre- comm & commissioning documents.
 PTW approval/ TRA / Method statement are conducted with client-ADCO for approval. New WMS system is implemented last 4 months, and permit are approved by undersigned as PA/ AA/ PI.
 Technical Query/ clarification related to pre-commissioning/ commissioning and interaction with the contractor on daily basis.
 Continuous fallow up / daily meeting with contractor in regards to all pre-commissioning / commissioning activities are discussed and executed along with client-ADNOC onshore team.
 As per sub system/ system readiness of the RFC notification are raised and walkdown are completed along with the client raising capturing walkdown punch.
 Fallow up with vendor and engineering for all the engineering clarification and technical query and issue/problem related to MRT/ performance of SAT test ongoing.
 Ensure that works meet project requirement and closer of all the punches/ A & B ITR related to RFC Dossier and ready for commissioning.
 Preparation of high pressure leak test as per procedure, Motor solo run, MRT for all rotating equipment, Performance test are done as per vendor/ project requirement. The punch list which are generated during MC/ RFC/ PSSR walkdown are closed accordingly before submission of RFC dossier to client-ADNOC operation.
 On daily basis coordinating with ADNOC operation control room team/ Contractor/ PMC team in regards to permit approval of all pre-commissioning/ commissioning activities, punch closing, issue related to post commissioning issue / Schedule plan activities to be executed in Well Pad’s / Gathering station and central degassing station.
 Technical drawing reviewing, procedure pertaining to pre-comm/ comm to review with comment, FRA pertaining to permit to approve with all ops team and closure of ITR.

 Constrain related to short supplied material/ missing parts are studied as per packing list and vendor GA drawing and issue are raised so that required material is available during erection/ installation.
 Ensure works installed on project meets plan and specification requirements.

 Priories and make improvements for achieving the various milestones and targets during the construction stage.

 Doing re-instatement with construction team for the piping after hydro testing/ blowing so that repeated/ re-work activities are not done and time consuming as schedule of handle over is very tight and reduce the penalties.

 Maintaining Red mark up drawing of construction and commissioning, so that activities move smoothly and co-coordinating for all the miss out which has taken place during engineering. Raise the technical query related to vendor package or missed during engineering stage.
