Work Profile
Handling Reciprocating gas lift and gas injection compressor make-Neuman and Essar, and all rotating equipment like Main MOL Pumps, Gas Dehydration unit, Gas cooler, and package skid equipment along with Utility package like IA, N2, plant air, Emergency DG, Fire water pumps, Disposal water pumps on ADNOC -Qusahwira field development project Phase-II. Handling all pre-comm/ commissioning activities pertaining to Well Pad’s and Central gathering station activities equipment like chemical injection package, Pig receiver, Pig launcher, Production manifold, Deluge system, Hydraulic Well head control panel pertaining to Sub-surface safety valve i.e. SSSV/ SSV, Flare stack and Flare ignition package.
All preliminary documentation preparation for pre-commissioning/ commissioning for service test/ blowing/ high pressure leak test and approving of engineering documents pertaining to pre- comm & commissioning documents.
PTW approval/ TRA / Method statement are conducted with client-ADCO for approval. New WMS system is implemented last 4 months, and permit are approved by undersigned as PA/ AA/ PI.
Technical Query/ clarification related to pre-commissioning/ commissioning and interaction with the contractor on daily basis.
Continuous fallow up / daily meeting with contractor in regards to all pre-commissioning / commissioning activities are discussed and executed along with client-ADNOC onshore team.
As per sub system/ system readiness of the RFC notification are raised and walkdown are completed along with the client raising capturing walkdown punch.
Fallow up with vendor and engineering for all the engineering clarification and technical query and issue/problem related to MRT/ performance of SAT test ongoing.
Ensure that works meet project requirement and closer of all the punches/ A & B ITR related to RFC Dossier and ready for commissioning.
Preparation of high pressure leak test as per procedure, Motor solo run, MRT for all rotating equipment, Performance test are done as per vendor/ project requirement. The punch list which are generated during MC/ RFC/ PSSR walkdown are closed accordingly before submission of RFC dossier to client-ADNOC operation.
On daily basis coordinating with ADNOC operation control room team/ Contractor/ PMC team in regards to permit approval of all pre-commissioning/ commissioning activities, punch closing, issue related to post commissioning issue / Schedule plan activities to be executed in Well Pad’s / Gathering station and central degassing station.
Technical drawing reviewing, procedure pertaining to pre-comm/ comm to review with comment, FRA pertaining to permit to approve with all ops team and closure of ITR.

Work Profile
Handling compressor Dresser Rand LP/ MP/ HP & Export compressor / Auxiliary of compressor like Lube oil console, Lube oil cooler, Oil mist eliminator, Run down tank, seal gas conditioning skid, chiller unit for VSD. Interaction with engineering for approval drawing related to installation/ erection and required documentation. All preliminary documentation preparation for installation are submitted and send to client-ADCO for approval (Method statement and lifting study).
Technical Query/ clarification related to installation and interaction with the sub-contractor on daily basis.
Continuous fallow up with concern discipline to get the foundation release, so that equipment package can be installed directly on site. Fallow up with respective discipline on inspection release note.
Reviewing vendor and TCM drawing so that installation move smoothly to ovoid last-minute delay.
Handling Utility equipment like Instrument Air compressor, Nitrogen package, Chemical Injection, Diesel Generator, Fire water Pump, Disposal water pump, Fresh water pump, Deluge valve fire sprinkler system, Electric and manual Hoist.... etc.
On Daily basis, fallow up with vendor and engineering for all the engineering clarification, material shortage and reviewing as per GA drawing and packing list.
Pre-alignment of rotating equipment/ package and release for grouting, so that work front is available for other discipline i.e. Civil/Piping / E&I team.
Constrain related to short supplied material/ missing parts are studied as per packing list and vendor GA drawing and issue are raised so that required material is available during erection/ installation.
Ensure works installed on project meets plan and specification requirements.
Ensure all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
Supervise project site to ensure tasks are executed in accordance with approved specification, procedures & method statements.
Priories and make improvements for achieving the various milestones and targets during the construction stage.
Monitoring the preservation schedule for each equipment and make sure sub-contractor / preservation team execute the work.
Supporting vendors for their work activities required on site as per schedule plan.
Participate in final MC walkdown and PL1 punch closing and DAC preparation.
Presently since April 2019 supporting ADNOC team on the commissioning activities and Preventive /breakdown and shutdown maintenance

Work Profile
Equipment handling for pre-commission & commissioning are Siemens compressor Gas turbine (SGT600) of 25MW, Solar turbo generator 5.5MW, Utility equipment handling are Instrument air compressor with dryer package, Nitrogen package, RO Package, Fire water pump engine and motor driven/ engine driven, Flare package, closed drain sump, metering skid with Analyzer package, Raw water package, EOT crane, Oily water package, waste water treatment package, EDSV / MOV/ Shut ON/ OFF pneumatic valve. HVAC equipment like Chiller package, AHU, exhausts fan, blowers and electric building and control building...etc.
Chasing the construction team and raising punch points for each and every system as per P& ID and fallowing up on the activities to take over for pre-commissioning.
Preparation of commissioning procedure for all the system and reviewing it with client for any comment and implement. Co-ordination with vendors for any clarification.
Doing re-instatement with construction team for the piping after hydro testing/ blowing so that repeated/ re-work activities are not done and time consuming as schedule of handle over is very tight and reduce the penalties.
Highlighting all the engineering issue as per control narrative and things which are miss out as per the process requirement.
Maintaining Red mark up drawing of construction and commissioning, so that activities move smoothly and co-coordinating for all the miss out which has taken place during engineering. Raise the technical query related to vendor package or missed during engineering stage.
Fallow up on shortage supply material which are required for pre-commissioning.
Preparing system mark up and lubrication list required for complete project.
Preparation on chemical cleaning required for fuel gas system/ Lub oil system.
Preparation for LO flushing as per vendor recommendation within the package and preparation of all temporary by pass line putting isolation and temporary mesh as per vendor recommendation.
Preparation of complete overhaul commissioning schedule/ mobilization of vendor and follow up with procurement team.
Before vendor mobilization plan all balance activities related to Engineering issue/ construction and commissioning. Constrain related to material before planning to get the vendor mobilization on site.
Raising new Material requisition and closing all punch which are raised during construction and P&ID walkthrough along with client and pre-commissioning punch.
Invite client for inspection as per ITR checklist.
