Presently associated with Anel MEP as Construction Manager for delivering Lusail Plaza Tower, an iconic project, (Comprise of two high rising Towers + 4 Podium 4/5 floor buildings with total gross internal area 600000 m2).
• Execute project tasks as outlined in the project schedule and quality management plan to achieve project goals.
• Manage the mechanical Design team and ensure the design deliverables are delivered on time and accurate.
• Prepare report and oversee the management of costs incurred to date, projected costs to complete, budget and profit forecasts, estimates and allocation of manpower, cash flow analysis, and work progress.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure a balanced distribution of resources. Participate in technical, safety, and progress meetings with the client and consultant
Review and verify the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services in accordance with specifications and local authority standards.
• Ensure timely approval of project deliverables by the consultant. Upon successful testing and commissioning, hand over the project to the client as per the specified schedule.
• Create project closure documents and prepare final cost and closeout documents for management.
• Implement the company's health and safety management plan, maintain a strong safety culture on the project, and organize necessary training for all employees.
• Contribute to project schedule and budget planning, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to budget and schedule.

Highlights
• Verifying the scope of works based on project documents. Determine the initial and detail requirements. Assess the purchase requirements, assist in proposal evaluation and selection of suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Preparing, reporting and managing cost to date, cost to complete, budget and profit forecasting, manpower estimation and distribution, cash flow analysis and progress of work.

With total MEP project value of AED 480 million with 50 buildings of G+ 7, 6, 5 types.

Supervise the personal engaged in the repair / preventive maintenance of the following port facilities:
1790 tons HVAC system comprising 20 chillers, 18 air handling units, fan coil units, exhaust fans, pumps and motors
200 tons HVAC system comprising 11 packaged units & More than 130 window & split type air conditioners.
• Installed( replaced ) chillers and pumps of the existing system
• Prepare & evaluate: Equipment breakdown reports, Spare parts requisitions status & forecast and accomplishment reports

Promoting fuel additives for boilers, furnaces and diesel engines to major fuel users and conducting trials, evaluating & reporting the performances. Installation of new machinery and maintenance of flexible packaging and Air-conditioning equipment.
