1.Check- in counters (Mercator Airport control system & Mercator 2.Airport check-in system \[MARS & MACS\] boarding gate and arrivals
3.Handling passengers during delayed flights/non-scheduled flights
4.Profiling passengers with passport, ticket, visa and other documents like registration papers travel documents, cdc, visa etc.
5.Effectively co-ordinate boarding activity of passengers on to the aircraft and ensure implementation of safety procedures while monitoring hand luggage
6.Preparing allocation for the staffs
7.Maintaining on-time performance for all departures
8.Check-in-passengers simultaneously for different sectors
9.Maintaining proper records of day to day load factor and other statistics
10.Ensuring highest standard of customer service is provided to the customer
11.Supervising check-in counters and Passenger services
12.Taking care of customs and immigration clearance of flight and crew
13, Taking care of VIP’s, CIP’s and providing assistance to physically challenged passengers and maintaining highest customer service standards at all times.
14.Supervising arrival flight and making AHL of mishandle baggage
15.Manually check-in of passengers in case of system failure
17.Preparing general declaration
18.Preparing excess baggage ticket and miscellaneous charges order
