Roles & Responsibilities:
Involved in the Commissioning activities with regards to the project, safety, manufacturing scope(Execution of projects plannings - water cooling systems, Power requirement for the machines, Compressed air, Safety requirements needed, Equipments & special tools needed, Preparation of procedure for commissioning as well as maintenance)
Designing & drafting for the electrical, P&I drawings modifications during commissioning activities
Planning for additional power load calculations, Cooling capacity, Mechanical modifications with concern of the operations requirement documenting it in the project data book.
Accomplishments :
Attained safety trainings - LOTTO, Work permit, Job safety analysis & many OSHA safety trainings
Attained knowledge of developing procedures for the commissioning activities along with all project requirements (safety, engineering, manufacturing demands)
Gained knowledge of working with ERP tools and systems for managing the project hierarchy to accomplish as per the plan
Gained knowledge of Project process flow (MOC - commissioning - Testing - PSSR - Documentation - Completion)

Independently - Manage Injection molding machine troubleshooting
Machine utilization %, Mean time to repair ( MTTR )
Prepare monthly preventive maintenance schedule
Prepare annual spare procurement plan ( structure based plan with strong analytical data of normal consumption of spares )
Involve in the development of new products and processes
Maintaining Mold Housekeeping
Fill up the ISO document as per as organization.
Solve the molding problem By RCA (root cost analysis) & CAPA (corrective and Preventive action) method.
Accomplishments :
Received training for the IEC(International electrochemical commission) standards for Explosion proof electrical products.
Accompanied for the project team by drafting the electrical schematics for the new assembly line development for light fittings
Prepared a procedure for overall maintenance safe work practices in Injection molding machines.
