Managing "Bentley" brand as per business plan objectives
•Principal Communication (targets, plans, sales funnel, orders, campaigns)

•Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of salespeople

•Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance

•Daily review of CRM reports to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
•Compile regular reports for dealership management to review
•Look after monthly orders on boom sytem (Bentley order system) and make sure that it was submitted as per customer request.
•Checking daily report on C@B system and link it with CRM reports.
Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
