 Perform and support daily management of department duties.
 Assign work to staff as required to support the workflow and daily metrics.
 Support the Operations Manager by ensuring there is sufficient resourcing for your function, including call outs for training needs, absence and performance management, coaching and continuous monitoring of department productivity.
 Assist with the training of new drivers or team leaders to ensure they have the right knowledge to carry out tasks required.
 A temperature controlled for food and beverage supply chain (uninterrupted cold chain for both fleet and warehousing)
 Prepare and maintain the documents for food items logistics process as per government law.
 Delivery coordination between vendors, Distribution Center and stores
 Creating, picking, receiving, shelving, scheduling and dispatching the order as per the ERP system to manage the timeslot.
 Time calculation and distance to manage the delivery on time.
 Own the total tracking, trending and reporting of departmental metrics.
 Tracking and reporting of hours and schedules for staff.
 Review and update SOPs and metrics, as required.
 Follow up and solve process-related logistics issues, as required.
 Improve flow of order through the area.
 Complete ownership of the team’s fleet management.
