Job Responsibilities
• Review of Client Documents such as P&ID and Control System Specs to estimate IO
count and select Control System
• Control System Cost Estimation & Proposal Preparation and Submittal
• Preparation of Control System architecture and Bill of materials, Spare Parts list for
Submittal
• Coordinating with Client to meet System Requirements and Budgets
• Preparation of IO List, Panel Design, Control System Wiring
• Procurement of System components as per Bill of Materials
• Releasing of finalized Engineering Drawings to Tech teams for Assembly and wiring
of the Control system
• Programming the PLC Controller
• Creating the SCADA or HMI application as per the Client Process
• Development and testing of Control program and SCADA/HMI applications as
required by the Client Control Philosophy
• Conducting Factory Acceptance test of the Completed Control System in the
presence of Client.
• Clearance of Project Punch list and preparation of as built documents
• Final Submittal of As built Drawings and Control system packed and dispatched.
• Undergo Site Safety Induction and arrange Work Permits
• Conduct IO loop checks and Device Functional Checks and troubleshoot & solve
problems on site
• Maintain Documentation of daily progress and coordinate with site tech teams during
loop checks
• Conduct Cause & Effect Tests, Process Function Dry Test and demonstrate to Client
Engineers all logic checks.
• Once all Dry test has been completed the Process Package or Factory and safety
checks cleared the process
