compared competing international vendors, ran flow-rate testing across 3 production channels, conducted supplier meetings,
and negotiated contract scope down to a ~€90, 000 target approved by the CEO.
- Expansion & Inspection: On-site engineering support for a $2.6M tube mill and slitting line installation. Conducted zinc
coating inspections (Fischer Phascope PMP10, ASTM A653) — issued a formal non-conformance report on a supplier batch
found 49% below Z275 spec.
- Cost Analysis: 3 zinc wire consumption reports over 489 tons of GL pipe production — findings used directly by management
to reprice product lines and adjust margins.
- Procurement & Warehouse: Manages a ~19, 000 KWD spare parts warehouse across 7 production lines. Handles all
purchase orders, stock movements, and daily inter-branch invoicing with management-approved pricing.
- Reporting & Close: Daily operational reports to the CEO, GM, Production Manager, Accountants, and Sales. Runs the full
monthly factory close — production output, sales revenue, and audited stock delivered to accounting.

- International client onboarding on a retail trading platform — KYC, deposit conversion, CRM. Closed 90% of a 30+ client
pipeline.
