• Actively lead the implementation of the livelihoods activities at Hadatha and Al Ribat Association in a way that ensures coherence between planned activities and commitments outlined in project proposals.
• Map employers from private sector and perform outreach to engage them in the possibility of hosting apprentices. Follow up and monitor apprenticeship placements to ensure a successful fit, a positive learning experience, and monitor compliance to grant requirements.
• Map livelihood actors and training service providers and engage with them in the possibility of referring participants to their trainings, cash for work project, BDS programs etc. Follow up and monitor referred participants to ensure participants successfully received the needed service.
• Conduct the local labor market and enter collected information on Job Vacancies, Training opportunities and self-employment support programs into the database and provide a list of job vacancy in the Community Development Center where DRC employment center.
• Monitor the division of sessions of courses, follow up curriculum execution, and monitor pre/post-tests and supervise vocational trainings and skills building trainings through collecting attendance sheets, executing spot checks, following up with beneficiaries to set the schedule
Prepare the distribution weekly / monthly work plan, in coordination with the Programs Manager, Donor and partners
• Coordinate with distribution stakeholders ( Inter-agency, WFP, LRC and UNHCR )
• Plan, lead, implement, monitor and evaluate the distribution process on a monthly basis, in coordination with other stakeholders involved in the distribution
• Set up emergency preparedness strategies corresponding to the distribution of E-cards.
• Act as a focal point for inquiries about the E-cards (in lieu of FIs) distribution process in DRC North.
• Identify technical gaps in the program and identify/implement solutions to address these gaps
• Follow up with the distribution logistic team on the logistical requirement for the distribution site.
• Actively participate in Field BAWG
Budget management, forecasting
• Prepare the project annual budget and its monthly forecast.
• Support the SM during the annual budget design and project narrative preparation.
Reporting /Monitoring & Evaluation:
• Ensure/facilitate the qualitative and quantitative monitoring and evaluation of all the activities in line with the job description of the Field Officer and assistants
• Ensure a timely and accurate data collection for all household visit activities.
• Provide and apply technical and strategic advice to the Program on Monitoring and Evaluation related issues;
• Develop and report against accountability and participation-related indicators and issues, and produce routine reports on accountability activities to the donor.
• Facilitating information sharing with key stakeholders, including beneficiaries, ensure that DRC promotes transparency throughout all stages of implementation.
• Oversee the implementation and coordination of Monitoring and Evaluation activities at field level and with World Food Programme.
• Ensure that the distributions and M&E activities are up to WFP quality standards;
Capacity Building
• Support in the implementation of the capacity-building plan for the local partner sub contracted for the implementation of the distribution and basic assistance program.
• Providing technical support and guidance for training and systematic capacity building of the DRC and Partner staff.
• Deliver training and mentoring sessions for local organization staff as part of the capacity-building program.
• Follow up, monitor the local partners to ensure the smoothly implantation and handover for the direct assistance project
Manage and supervise activities related to distribution (in kind and cash) for regular register.
• Assist Programs Manager in detailed planning and reporting of activities;
• Prepare the distribution weekly / monthly work plan, in coordination with the Deputy Programs Manager,
• Providing technical support and guidance for training and systematic capacity building of the staff
• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the distribution process on a monthly basis, in coordination with other stakeholders involved in the distribution
• Follow up with the Distribution Logistics Assistant on the management of the warehouse
• Provide the distribution staff with appropriate tools and techniques for the distribution of E-cards (in lieu of FIs)
• Follow up with the distribution logistic assistance on the logistical requirement for the distribution site.
• Support the DRC Shelter team in planning and distributing the shelter kits.
Set up a distribution mechanism for E-cards
• Follow up with the Distribution Logistics Assistant on the management of the warehouse
• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the distribution process on a monthly basis, in coordination with other stakeholders involved in the distribution
• Act as a focal point for inquiries about the E-cards distribution process
• Archive all the documents relevant to the distribution process
• Assist the Direct Assistance Manager in the daily/weekly work plan.
• Support the DRC Shelter team in planning and distributing the shelter kits.
Plan and implement all daily and weekly MEL and Verification activities in North Lebanon (Akkar and Tripoli), including overseeing the movements and organization of MEL Assistants under the guidance of the MEL Manager;
• Assist the MEL Manager with the daily/weekly/monthly work plan and all administrative/logistics aspects of managing the MEL team
• Contribute to monthly monitoring and learning reports and program evaluations in collaboration with the MEL Manager
• Conduct participatory monitoring activities with DRC beneficiaries to get information and feedback on the quality of programmatic activities
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data collected from MEL activities.

• Receive referrals from different agencies and local actors and provide feedback of actions taken.
• Supervise the daily work of the Emergency Response Assistants (ERA) and oversee the fulfillment of their weekly tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist the distribution officers in planning and delivering of weekly distribution plans
• Fill out a questionnaire, conduct interviews using ODK and androids.
• Find Focal Points to support us during the data collection
• Finds new comers, check the database and ensure the right family.
