Plant monitoring, plant reading and maintaining log sheet.
To meet production schedules as per GMP standards.
Adhere to EHS rules & regulations and ensure Safe Working Instructions (SWIs) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
Prepare detailed records and reports at all inspections conducted at the site and maintain the Quality control documentation
Monitoring the job progress & staff to complete the job within the time schedule & Quality
Hand over the equipment for maintenance
Discuss unit conditions and abnormalities with all concerned departments.
Coordinate with control room in case of emergencies.
Use the corrective and preventative action process to ensure follow up and correction of system deficiencies found during manufacturing and equipment issues
Handling and maintenance of production related documents
Preparation of daily production report and monthly report
Participates in unit Start-up and Shut-down by providing process expertise and engineering judgment
Identifying the potential hazards if any and advising concerned personnel on corrective actions
Coordinate with the maintenance in all technically related issues and resolve The Quality / technical issues by coordinating with the Concerned Disciplines.
Conducting the site visit with the maintenance and suggesting better services for more efficiency of equipment which increases the production.
Preparation of Method of statement and risk assessment for particular jobs and get the approval from concerned department.
Planning and executing major and minor shut down activities within the scheduled time and arranging all the resources with the contractor.
Coordinating with inspection department at various stages and getting approval during shut down activities.
Work safely and promote a culture of safe attitudes and compliance within Safety rules and environmental regulations
