• Review and monitor Retail KPIs and develop action plans to achieve set targets. Instruct employees on policies for handling jewelry, while also showing pieces to customers.
• Promote and advertise the store and its merchandise, the jewelry/keep track
of advertisements and promotions, responsible for storing display as well as advertising copy/ Oversee display of jewelry in counters.
• Responsible for performing inventory of the whole store which involve the counting or checking of stocks, reconciling of cash with sales receipt, keeping store transaction records and ordering merchandise and stock when necessary.
• Ensure that the store personnel comply with the store’s security, sales and record taking practices and procedures.
• Providing Customer service, address the queries or concerns that may arise from the clients.
• Ensure accuracy of price information, discounts and customer interaction/designing and implementing strategies, promotional schemes, marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring competitor strategy, building counter strategies to increase market share.
• Coordinating work activities with team members and effectively communicating store targets to the team.
• Active Participation in reaching the sales target . Proposing new ideas to increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Regular check over the stocks & daily stock requirement.
• Maintain an awareness of market trends and competition.
• Achieving more productivity by handling the existing customers, as well as converting walk-in clients into highly satisfied customers.
• Informing the customers about the company promotions & providing them total product knowledge about what they are willing to buy.
• Diamond Assortment and Supervision for manufacturing of jewelry based on the customer requirements.
• Attending clients & meeting their requirements by evaluating their financial & personal preferences.
• Preparing and executing the various investments & marketing plans.

• Renewing and Modifying Business Policies.
