a. Responsible for the Operation & Maintenance Of Telecommunication Network at Lahore and handling services Of around 400, 000 Customer's in This City.

b. Churn Management.
c. Generating 5.4 Billion (PKR) Revenue/ Year.
d. Earned Two Business Excellence Awards.
e. Developed New Network At Commercial Centers/ Plazas i.e. Al-Hafeez Center, IT Tower, Saddique Center, Awan-e-Iqbal, Arfa Tower etc and Emerging New Towns i.e. Bahria, EME, Valinca, Wapda Town, Johar Towns, Izmir, Canal Garden.
