Roles and Responsibilities:
o Maintaining Inventory of Five Star & Four Star Hotels, Apartments & Flats, Warehouses & Offices:
o Handling Group Inventory, Reconciliation, verification on damage or disposal of Goods during hand over & take over property, Club, Restaurant, saloon etc. from Investors.
o From all Hotels within group, taking periodic inventory of various departments (F & B, housekeeping & engineering departments), In order to determine their running stock, shortage, actual need & consumption based on integration with purchase department. In order to approve their material request, managing stock control and organizing, classifying, marking, and counting.
o From all Hotels within group, Taking LPO verification, Inspection of Goods; to ensure that all receipts of materials have been properly checked in terms of quantity, quality, specification, details and Reporting.

o Store Management, Supervision of Store Keeper, Store assistant, Security Guards, Technician, Helpers & Driver
o Monitor activities on stock and locations, analyzing these activities and deriving logistics decisions..
o Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with book of inventories & purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies.
o Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly, packing and dispatch of goods. Supervise the warehouse, records and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
o Inventory Reservation in good storage conditions, considering environmental constraints & good material handling.
o Plan, schedule, and manage cycle counts and stock take activities, in accordance with stock rotation and accuracy objectives and standards.
o Verify inventory accuracy by comparing physical stock to system stock, investigating discrepancies and adjusting errors.
o Integration with Engineering, Inventory Valuation Management, Audit, Sales, Purchasing and Operations.
o Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property.
o Determine proper storage methods and identification based on product properties, environmental factors and facility capabilities.
o Manage and perform quality checks on items, either randomly, based on a schedule, or other means, to ensure items are clear of wear and defects and compliant to vendor specification (e.g. temperature sampling on receiving or during storage).
