Currently working with SBTC group Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, My responsibilities are to support team lead, existing applications (ERP) and doing new development, user’s requirements as well as implementing new functionality.
Having experience 10+ yrs in IT-Experience, ERP, CRM Development using ASP.Net, C#, VB 6, VB.Net, ADO.Net, Ms Access (VBA, databases), PLSQL, SQL Server and Oracle with Crystal report.
My responsibilities were to support existing applications and doing new development to fulfil customer, user’s requirements as well as implement new functionality, also support production support.
Previously worked with NIIT Technologies Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer Greater Noida location for British Airways on the payroll of Best info system. In this post, I had responsibilities to support existing applications and doing an enhancement to fulfil customer, user’s requirements as well as implementing new functionality. We report to our on-site lead and client on daily/weekly basis and discuss for new things and status of tickets. All applications are window based for contracts and fuel maintained users.
Edited, redesigned in existing projects (V.B 6.0 and VBA)

*Creation of Help files using the Microsoft Help Workshop (Word format).
