• Given our local knowledge and detailed understanding of the needs of Returnees, country specific Information Packs for Returnees including up-to-date information on country situation, labor market, real estate, housing, education and employment providers, local support activities, available services, main contacts and maps.
• Design the reintegration plan of the Returnees according to their skills and provide training according to requirements.
• Provide throughout the course of this reintegration plan include (but not limited to): Assisting in purchase of assets (Automobile, Livestock, Inventory, Equipment etc.) on competitive rates, assisting and guidance in selection of business spot, introducing the returnee the existing business models, provision of advice and guidance on business, advice and guidance for employing new techniques / methods in business.
• Develop and provide the trainings according to the needs of the Returnees and enable them to run their business smoothly.
