 Making SRV and SIV for receive & issue materials according to project
 SRV and SIV keep one copy for future record in Main-store.
 Making report for receiving, issuing & Loan receiving and issuing Materials for Top Management information
 Materials updating in Pioneer software and as well as MS Excel (MS. Excel for rechecking)
 Damage tools and materials keep separate with damage report approved by top management
 Checking materials & tools certificates before expired, if expired send for calibrations.
 Every three month inventory of all main-store materials with auditor

Responsibilities for Storekeeper : Worked as a Site Storekeeper in Mechanical Job with
i. Qatar Petrochemical Co. (QAPCO)
ii. Qatar Chemical Co. (Q-CHEM)
iii. Qatar Fertilizer Co. (QAFCO)
iv. Qatar Fuel Additive Company (QAFAC)
(Doha - Qatar)

 Materials request as per project needs and
receiving as per S.R.V. (Store Receive Voucher)
 Tools and Materials receive and issue from delivery note.
 Maintain system on filling and keeping all materials records as per
physical stock and tally with inventory.
 Keeping all materials, tools and equipments
safely condition and checking materials certificate.
Making LIFO & FIFO from stock
 Replace and return damage or expiry date
Material to main store and issue reports.
 Preparation get pass for Materials IN and OUT in Plants.
 Proper house keeping in storage area.
 Keeping daily manpower and vehicle‘s Time Card and reports record.
 Coordinate with staffs and workers to carryout excellent progress.
 Material stock reports are related with project
Supervisor, project Engineer, site Engineer,
Project Manager & Store Manager which I am
Using for the projects.
