Key Responsibilities including but not limited to

Lead patch management and vulnerability assessment initiatives to proactively identify and address security risks, ensuring timely and effective remediation.

Collaborate closely with the cybersecurity team to assess the impact of unpatched vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

Develop and continuously improve standardized testing processes to validate patch compatibility and system stability prior to production rollout.

Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for efficient software deployment and updates.

Package and deploy enterprise applications across user environments.

Serve as a primary liaison with vendors, coordinating issue resolution and service improvements.

Provide advanced technical support, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation handling, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Network setup and optimization
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches and WAN accelerators.
• Network cable termination and testing.
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
• Arranging scheduled upgrades.
• Work with stakeholders to define systems requirements for new technology implementations.
• Maintain application licenses.
• Maintain Elastix telephony system.
• Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department.
• Analyze customer support metrics and refine processes.
• Maintained the timely back-up.
• Maintain and update port distribution maps and tables.
• Conduct training and provide advice to administrative staff.
• Manage FortiGate firewalls, VMware & backup solutions.
• Develop and execute company policies.

• Mange Kaspersky Console . Installing on all PCs remotely from the server troubleshooting the AV issues.
• Manage AVAYA IP Telephones. (adding, disconnecting and manging call rights in the control panel )
• Making sure of the daily backup of ERP database, sales database, and HO database.
• Making sure that all links are up and running
• Keeping a log of all KSA connection info.
• Monitoring the backup links and prepare them to be up in case of any issue happens with the main links.
• Communicate with ISPs to make sure we have smooth connectivity with the branches.
• Creating Domain users and Emails for all employees.
