Senior Plant Technician. (1st Engineer) Responsibilities, running and operating machinery, Daily tool box and safety meeting with mechanics and fitters, Writing log book, updating the data base for all Machinery on-board the FSO. Daily Calculation of the fuel and water consumption, Scheduling PMP (Preventive Maintenance Program), to all Machinery and Pumps, requesting and creating work orders using the Amos system. Engine control room operator. Operating and maintenance the steam boilers, steam turbo generator, steam cargo pumps and D. cargo pumps, fresh water generator (steam type and R O. type), Heat exchanges and valves. Power generators control and distribution
Responsibilities, to facilitate, coordinate and supervise the work activities for all PSLs of the Company like (Coil Tubing, Logging, Cementing, and logistics) in main base Fox 9 and all other Locations. Duties including the daily activities of the Maintenance for all Equipment, like preventive maintenance for emergency generators, heavy duty trucks, tractors, Elites, Logging trucks, Batch mixers, Vehicles, Coil Tubing trucks and units and other support equipment. Distribute the jobs between foremen, following up the jobs. Creating work orders, requesting materials and spare parts from warehouse and purchasing and materials by SAP system, always in direct contact with all foremen and mechanics in all locations in Libya. Controlling all equipment and lifting appliances for validity of their certificates.
Daily morning safety and tool box meetings with maintenance staff, weekly quality meeting with all PSLs. Good communications with maintenance crews and co-workers in all PSLs.
(1st Engineer) onboard FSU Sloug (floating storage unit) duties, running and operating the D. engines and steam turbines TCP, MCP, TBP. Making PMP on rotating machineries, preparing work permits for each work, schedule and distribute the work between fitters and mechanics, supervising the engineering staff and fitters on area of mechanical engineering, solving and analyzing problems in line with Company specification.
Plant technician. (2nd engineer) duties the daily running and operating machineries, watch keeping in ECR. Writing the log book making calculation of fuel and water consumption
Project Manager, the expansion of channel for Farwa Island Project. Duties involved preparation the scope of work, Technical specifications, planning and organization resources and duties, along with daily and weekly meetings with the staff. Coordinate with the other involved Governmental offices the purpose to finalize the project at the scheduled time, writing the weekly and monthly reports about the situation of the project including the executed stages and financial expenses, consumed fuel, oil, spare parts, and the situation of the equipments, mobile machineries and brief survey about the project, also I was a member of the contract team as contract Eng.
Mechanical marine section supervisor for marine workshop, Duties included the day to day running of the workshop team, carrying out various jobs on the fish vessels, making final report about each repair has been done in the company’s workshop, making lists of spare part, tools and materials witch are consumed or needed for the work.
Chief engineer onboard fish vessels the duties at the handling of main engine and the auxiliary machineries on board the vessel, participating in the major overhauling of the main engine and other auxiliary machineries.

The duties involved preparation the scope of work, planning and organization along with the monthly meeting with the Captains and the Chief engineers of the vessels and with supervisors of the cold stores discussing, analyzing the disadvantages witch might reduce the Company’s production, Making the maintenance program for each vessel individually and it’s machineries as well as cold stores, fishing boats, coordinate with the other offices, making monthly reports.
