Work scope includes below mentioned areas as well as handling Audits, meeting their requirements and other related HR roles.
Maintaining overall employee records, human resource database, assisting in designing the policies for the Company as per the latest Kuwait Labor Laws, assisting in employee training and orientation procedures, handling air tickets for Business trips ensuring their cost effectiveness, invoicing work, assisting in local and overseas recruitment, handling proper allocation of company assets to employees, maintaining effective communication, coordination and working relations with Company personnel and with management, handling medical insurance claims for employees and working on disciplinary actions related to employees in accordance with Kuwait Labor Laws.

Assisting HR Manager in maintaining the human resource database and all employee records and files ensuring that all the records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures, completing assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, assisting in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed, receiving and tracking employment applications, assisting in training new employees and maintaining effective communication, coordination and working relations with Company personnel and with management.
Performed testing and fault analysis of various electrical and electronic equipments such as multi-setpoint controllers cum indicators, temperature scanners, calibrators, annunciators, transmitters, transducers, etc. including documentation for user manuals, product quality checking and control, preparing indents and reports for purchase, circuit drafting & PCB designing for PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) Controller, circuit designing for LED Street Lightening System. Effectively coordinating with Production Team to help them to understand product design and features and effectively coordinating with Marketing Team to enable them to represent company products extensively in the market.
