Perform general office duties and administrative tasks.
•Updating day to day Accounting transactions on company software.
•Preparation of various Accounting Reports like Receipts & Payments, Income & Expenditure and Balance Sheet for Income tax filing and get them checked from the Chief Accountant.
•Online filing of EPF & ESI and Luxury tax.
•Participate in recruitment and provide training to the new joinees.
•Assist Chief Accountant in the preparation of supporting schedules for auditors.
•Submit monthly Reports regarding the expenses and cashbook balances.
•Responsible for researching tax matters to enable others and myself to complete tax returns.
•Performs other duties that may be assigned to me by the Controller and the Accounting
Organize, maintain and manage class systems in proper working condition.
•Teach students and learners to use computers.
•Manage and monitor student behaviour.
•Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities in consistent with the student management issues.
