Job Roles & Responsibilities :
•Monitoring the overall inspection and testing schedule, Inspection & Test Plans and mobilization of inspection team in line with the construction schedule.
•Monitoring QC Engineers in performance of inspections and tests, ensuring the reporting and compiling quality records with regard to required field inspections.
•Liaising with Project Manager, Construction Managers, Project Control Manager to coordinate inspection/testing and construction activities.
•Liaising with Construction Manager to clarify requirements and criteria for inspection and testing for the works.
•Liaising with Contractor's representative for field inspection and testing schedules.
•Authorizing inspection and test reports for submission to Contractors.
•Verify implementation of Project Quality Plan for conformance to requirements of ISO 9001 .
•Ensure the application of the QMS & ISO 9001 and the project requirements and requests production/revision where necessary.
•Reviewing documentation including Subcontractors/Vendors to ensure quality requirements are documented prior to issue for approval.
•Reviewing final handover documentation before handover.
•Participate in meetings with the Contractor/Subcontractors and ensures the same observe project quality requirements.
•Reporting QA activities of concern to the QC Manager.
•Maintaining effective communication with the Project Manager.
•Participatiny in Project Management Weekly/Monthly meetings on issues related to the implementation of the Project Quality System such as Post Contract Review meetings, Management Review Meetings, QC Weekly meeting.
•Participating in meetings with the Contractor and Subcontractors in respect to matters relating to the implementation of the Project Quality Plan.

Participated in three projects \[1- New Capital - R5 Project 4 Code 442 (from 1Nov.2018 to 4May2019) (Clusters for residential buildings with post tension slabs for smart flats with home automation system) / 2- New Al Alamin City - Al Masah Hotel Project 6000A (from 1Jun.2019 to 30Sep.2019) (Mega Building of three stories mall plus six towers with four stories podium and two last stories connecting and some service buildings) / 3- The Egyptian French Joint Venture EFJV (Vinci, Bouygues, Orascom, Arab Contractors) - Cairo Metro Line 3 Phase 3 project : worked at Imbaba Station(from 1Oct.2019 to 25Jan.2020) and Abu Rawash Precast manufactory (from 26jan.2020 to Dec.2020)
as a Senior Quality Control Engineer where I gained an experience in inspecting and applying the project quality plan including checking project implementing processes according to the project implementation plan, checking execution processes according to methods of statement, checking materials and tests according to inspection and testing plans, and checking technical office drawings and provide solutions according to codes and specifications, also deliver the proper works to the consultant representatives.

• Worked as a Structural Design Engineer for more than 300 projects and as a Site Supervision Engineer for the office branch, Also worked as a Site Supervision Engineer for Tubarjal Municipality works like municipal roads, municipal services reinforced concrete buildings, storm drainage systems, pavement works, doing a monthly progress invoices for contractors, quantity survey and workshop drawings, I also have been responsible of a variety of projects with costs in range of 10 million SAR, also designed some municipal buildings like municipal workers housing, childhood department building (childhood friend city project) and other buildings. (December 2013 - Present)
• Worked as Al Qurayyat branch manager for 1 year and 3 months in where I practiced projects management as I have previously been taught in PMP introduction course and I gained a good knowledge about how to negotiate with customers, leading the work team, deal with my manager and setting periodical reports. (September 2012 - November 2013)
• Worked as a Designer Engineer for more than 230 projects, and as a Site Supervision Engineer for the office branch, Also worked as a Site Supervision Engineer at Tubarjal Municipality. (July 2009 - August 2012)

Worked as a structural design engineer in field of telecommunication towers and its structural steel systems and reinforced concrete systems as well, also as site supervision engineer for such jobs.

As a Site Engineer,
Worked at water tanks site in where I gained a good reinforcing experience in field of Concrete tanks; there were six elevated tanks and two ground rested tanks.
