Plan all construction activities including shop drawing and material submittals.
Prepare revised project schedules.
Progress monitoring and updating project schedule in weekly basis.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress report.
Prepare weekly progress presentation.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress report to the Head Office.
Developing and implementing work breakdown structures, networks, schedules, critical path analysis, report and other project planning documentation and procedures.

close coordination with the Project Manager and construction team.
Develop risk register, (Qualitative and quantitative) and categorized
each in order to determine the possible effect to the project whether
in time, quality and in cost.
Establish pullback & mitigation procedure aiming to control the
identified risk that could have a negative effect in the project operation
if the occurrence is not avoided.
Arrange regular meeting with the project director in regular basis to
discuss the progress of the project including risk SWOT report
wherein identified risk (negative & positive) are listed.
Report progress of work and highlight critical delays to construction
team.
Evaluate impact of scope changes.
Plan all construction activities including shop drawing and material
submittals.
Analyzes for construction drawings and develop construction
methodology prior to actual work implementation.
Estimates materials and prepares requisition plan.
Prepare weekly accomplishment report.
Meet inspectors on site to keep development process proactive.
Preparing bill of quantity.
