• Providing support for Facilities Management with FSI system and administrative support to the Facilities Management team with SAP system.
• Manage all the Procurement, Finance and HR related works at the project and support central team.
• Procure and monitor the specialized subcontractors and vendors for the systems like fire alarm and firefighting system, ELV system, Security systems etc.
• Create PR and process the LPO for the vendors;
Process all the payment transactions through SAP
system.
• Generate and review the monthly reports and process the invoice for payment from the client.
• Monitor and manage the site team (which consists of
102 staffs).
• Review and approve all the documents and reports
which needs to be submitted to the client.
• Preparing PPM schedules of all the assets based on SFG20 standard and upload into the system.
• Monitor all the HSE & QHSE related activities within
the project and support the team.
• Follow up all the above tasks and complete on or before time.
