 To ensure the effective progress of the project
 Prepare piping workshop that shall achieve planned production.
 Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitor and coordinate work performed by engineering, and construction departments.
 Checking isometric drawing, establishing work plan and planning for material flow and control.
 Piping material is P91, P22, P11 and A106B as alloyed steel require special handling procedures.

 To ensure the effective progress of the project
 Communicate with the Client’s representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and other areas of concerns.
 Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitor and coordinate work performed by engineering, and construction departments.
 Ensure that project operations are in compliance with design specifications and with client requirements.
 Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are being met; prepare project specifications, and coordinates procurement, as appropriate.
 Authorize the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders, and approves contractor invoices for payment.
 Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations.
 Represent the institution in business with customers, consultants, contractors, and other public and/or private agencies and organizations.
 Controlling sub-contractors and checking their invoices
 Preparing and controlling monthly invoices and clams
 Following variation orders and finalizing the documents with consultant and client.
 Head of the mechanical construction team, illustrating plans of work, distributing mechanical teams on the activities at site, following the meetings with client and main contractor.
 Responsible of material take off from drawings and preparing material request.
 Following day to day issues with other parties at site.
 Presenting company for interface meetings, extracting interface data from engineering, interface meeting feedback for my colleagues, joint venture walk through with other parts for finding solutions for unresolved interface issues, calling for internal meetings to resolve interface issues, updating interface schedule reports and follow updates for other disciplines.
 Preparation for projects documents when it is needed for proper implementing,
 as built layouts, piping isometrics, supports details and locations, code and
 Standards to be followed and practiced NDT.
 Checking material delivery with procurement section
 Assuring continuity of submitting requests for inspections for all mechanical services installed and assuring of closing raised comments.
 Following QA/QC day to day issues and assuring closing of Log Book Entries (LBE) opened against MEP.
