• Advertise vacant properties commercial & Residential on different portals Like Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut.
• Coordinate with the Real Estate companies, process NOC for brokers to advertisement vacant properties.
• Arrange Meetings with the Brokers & Clients for negotiation & to Confirm the bookings.
• Process Tenancy Contracts, Ejari & DEWA registration for new Tenants.
• Coordinate with the Existing Tenants for Tenancy Contact Renewals.
• Follow ups for the payments.
• Coordinates with the legal Department for Defaulter Tenants to ensure legal proceedings.
• Manage Tenants & Real Estate Brokers Database.
• Attend Clients Maintenance complaints over phone, emails, and direct walk-ins.
• Coordinate with maintenance team, arrange maintenance team to attend client’s complaints.
• Manage maintenance team of 30 Staff schedule & reports.
• Manage Suppliers & Outsourced contractor Database.
• Coordinate with the suppliers & Procure Maintenance Materials.
• Coordinate with the contractors for outsourcing as per the requirement.
• Inspects the properties on Daily Basis.
• Process Medical, Insurance, Air Tickets for Staff & Owners.
• Review new Agreements & renewal Agreements for Outsourced contractors.
To receive the Purchase Requisition from End user.
◦ To approve the Purchase Requisition from Purchase Manager.
◦ To make the request for quotation and send it to Supplier.
◦ To receive the quotation and prepare the LPO as per lowest price of quotation.
◦ To discuss with supplier about the payment terms.
◦ To agreed to suppliers for PDC(Post Dated Check).
◦ To make the local purchase Order ( LPO ) and send it to supplier.
◦ To Create the new Items in data base system.
◦ To Create the new Supplier in the system.
◦ To Create the new local purchase order ( LPO ) in the system.
◦ To make the discrepancy report in the case shortage / excess of material.
