Pre-Implementation
1. Configure & document Corporate Internet & WAN connections.
2. Configure Residential Internet connections.
3. Update & maintain the allocation of IP Addresses for Corporate connections.
Post-Implementation
1. Modify & delete Corporate Internet & WAN connections.
2. Set up & maintain monitoring & Traffic Analysis systems for corporate connections.
3. Troubleshoot corporate connectivity problems.
4. Troubleshoot & monitor Fasttelco’s core equipment and links to our upstream provider.
5. Provision of router & traffic analysis passwords and email set-up details to customers on request.
