Ensure setting a proper KPI, SLA, RCSA with proper management & resolution of product related fraud / incident alerts & cases taking the necessary action to protect the bank and customers.
Take lead in setting requirements, assessment and selection of outsourcing vendors for related products were applicable.
Manage team efficiently, providing motivation, development of staff to build a strong team with a pleasant competitive environment with special attention to TAT, excellance of service & Cost efficiency.
• Heading the TF team within global operations responsible for the governance of all trade service units across Arab Bank PLC., Providing special approvals related to trade finance, Policies & Procedures for trade, facilitating deals and introduction and monitoring of SLAs related to trade units, running current projects related to trade and participating in the achievement of strategic goals set by top management.
Introduction of new enhancements and products related to trade to meet the customers and stakeholders expectations, with a keen eye on operations lead indicators (OLIs) such as Paper less, FTE's, TAT, Controls, Cost reduction & Enhancing customer experience.
