Tasks include:
• Participate in weekly progress & technical meetings with contractor, consultant & owner rep
• Revise electrical design/tender drawings, shop drawings & material submittals
• Conduct site visits/inspections to ensure proper execution of electrical works as per assigned time schedule
• Revise BOQs, tenders, invoices & VOs
• Apply testing and commissioning procedures to ensure proper and complete handing over of projects as per FNB operational requirements
• Execute electrical works related to renovation & maintenance of existing branches

Areas unde scope of work: 7 Villas, Commercial Building, Showroom, Basements, Landscape/External, Technical Rooms


Tasks include:
 Prepare Electrical Shop Drawings and Material Submittals
 Coordinate with all trades to prioritize tasks and execute them
 Manage sub-contractors, foremen & technicians
 Prepare and hold field inspections with Engineer
 Test the electrical systems when they are installed
 Handle Cost Control (prepare statements, variation orders, labor expenses, material requests, etc...)
 Report work progress to management

at Summerland Kempinski Hotel & Resort ($300, 000, 000 project)
Electrical systems under scope of work: Lighting & Power (MV & LV), Audio-Visual, CCTV, MATV, Telecomm, Fire Alarm, BMS, Lightning & Earthing
Areas under scope of work: Substations, technical/electrical rooms, residential units, basements, external area/landscape
* Coordinate with all trades to prioritize tasks and set plans into action
* Lead and manage the different teams of sub-contractors, foremen & technicians
* Prepare and hold daily field inspections to ensure right completion of various electrical installations throughout all phases
* Test the electrical systems when they are installed
* Check electrical materials at site, order any missing/needed ones and follow up their delivery status
* Resolve discrepancies between shop drawings and site conditions, as well as implement adjustments to as-built drawings
* Report work progress to management

* Handled all communication/coordination with various departments (Management, Development, Testing, Community and Support) in London branch as well as internal operations in Beirut office Management, Testing, Support, HR)
* Submitted final test results to London branch
