•Opening the new 5 star property: Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah
•Reporting directly to the CFO and the Chairman of the company
•Evaluating the P&L of the preopening of the project
•Reviewing of preopening budgets and annual business plans for the new outlets
•Preparing budget estimates and monitoring departmental expenditures
