• Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects .

• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

• Organize events from A-Z as this is the core purpose of the company. Focused on professional and consumer events that have extended across a broad range of activities. These include the EDEX, Wedding Folies, and Jamaloukicon, among others.

• Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential clients.

• Negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales.

• Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.

• Coordinate with different stakeholders to finalize designs and confirm business requirements

• Propose business solutions for performance improvements with third party software companies.

• Perform quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all projects and give sign-offs.

• Train employees on new solutions/systems and support them after going live with all projects.

• Write and implement policies and procedures for related projects.

• Conduct store inventories bi-weekly.

• Deal with customer service issues to generate higher sales and increase profit.

• Hire and coach new associates on key sales tactics.

• Maintain brand integrity by monitoring the quality of marketing content on social media.

•Research daily news for them to air on the radio.

•Write them all in a way that is short, brief, simple and accurate appropriate for radio communication.

• Manage their social media platform.
