3. Contact Candidates to inform them of employment possibilities, considerations and selection.
4. Development, implementation, and maintenance of Internal Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions, Labour Contracts in compliance with the Labour Code and the State Classifier of Positions.
5. Coordination of work activities of the personnel (job differentiation), including terminology unification, translation, proofreading, editing, and consecutive interpreting during corporate events of customers.

Customer Relationship Management:
1. Project-to-Project Performance review to maintain minimum to zero incompliance claim cases.
2. Making sure that all Customers are treated equally polite and professionally at all times.
3. Dealing with Customers on incompliance cases, making sure claims are reasonable and all inaccuracies are eliminated at the earliest possible.

Translation and Language Training:
1. Acting as a Business Interpreter for V.I.P. Customers during negotiations with senior management representatives and public officials (English/Italian to Russian and vice versa), where confidentiality and fluency in legal or technical language is a must.
2. Translation of top secret projects for international deals and transactions.
3. Development and implementation of programmes for and intensive course of English and Italian to meet the needs of Customers in regard of terms and level.
