To provide coordination support to the Service department whilst ensuring company
policies and procedures are implemented and maintained with strict deadlines met.
Coordinate HR for employee annual leave process. Over-time sheets and dus clearance
etc Document control (like service credit invoices) by following with respective branches and
submit to concerned department
Coordinate with Finance department for service staff payroll issues and reimbursements.
Prepare stationery and cafeteria orders for service department once in a month and
follow-up.
Arrange meeting and training room as per request received from training department.
Prepare purchase requests for technician tools and equipment maintenance after getting
approval fram HOD.
Atrange maintenance work related to civil and electrical through company admin.
Atrange domestic business travels for technicians includes lodging and boarding.
Arrange international travels for management staff by getting approval from CEO, VP
and Chairman

Oversee inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
Manage stock movements. track and record incoming and outgoing shipments. and ensure
inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
Supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations, safety. and productivity.
Train new employees on warehouse processes, safety protocols, and equipment use.
Overseeing teams and staff. assigning staff schedules, organizing employee
Managing. evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity
Oversecing shipment loading and unloading. handling day-to-day operations for the
warehouse and creating shipment schedules.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt. storage. and timely delivery of goods and
materials.
Communicating with clients. suppliers and vendors by email or phone to coordinate
equipment needs and schedule shipments.
Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or
shipments when inventory levels become too low or high.

Receive the customers with smile and good attitude. Additional discount demand from
customer will be fulfilled with Manager Approval. Parts will be invoiced and supplied to
the customer as per the request
Order parts from other branches within country if not available in my location and
supplied.
Order parts from supplier if not available in the country by getting advance payment from
customer.

Responsible to deal with all service technicians by providing required parts on a service
order with concerned Managers approval.
Monitor, follow-up and maintain maximum part stock availability in warehouse.
Observe time in parts issuance to maintain technician work efficient
Placing order parts which are not available in stock by DHL or Air Cargo.
