• Planning, directing, and coordinating the distribution of a Microsoft products and services to mid-small sized enterprises.
• Monitoring sales territories, quotas, and goals, and analyzing sales statistics gathered from the market to determine sales potential and requirements.
• Monitoring market adaptation of new technology trends, especially Cloud Services (CSP), Office365, and Azure, through the following categories: Microsoft authorized distributors, Microsoft authorized cloud distributors, and Microsoft authorized OEM distributors.

• Orchestrating the efforts of technical, licensing, and sales teams to create optimum solutions that comply with customer requirements and meet their needs, and ensuring high-quality response to RFPs and RFQs.
• Handling deadlines of proposal delivery, troubleshooting obstacles and problems, and internal team escalations.
• Supervising and performing oversight of all sales processing documentation systems and activities for the organization to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and adherence to compliance standards.
• Working with stakeholders and leadership to identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and communicate and drive greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Assisting the marketing team in executing, and implementing B2B marketing strategies for new and ongoing Client programs and campaigns, including email marketing, social media & PR, event management & coordination.
• Understanding iHorizons’ services, audiences, and objectives to help identify new ways to target and acquire clients.
• Supporting the Sales team by crafting customized solutions, and delivering marketing presentations about iHorizons’ product stack.
